Voices from the North Atlantic Hamradun is a folkrock band from the Faroe Islands. The band is a mix of musicans from different musical backgrounds getting together to form their own sound. The music builds on faroese legends and stories of the past together with hundred year old ballads performed in our own native language spoken by only 52.000 people. Its important for Hamradun to tell stories of the past and interpret the old ballads and kvads with modern musical instruments. Hamradun released their first album in 2015. On the album where their own compositions and old ballads performed in faroese and also in the faroese version of danish language. Hamradun have since then played numerous concerts on the Faroe Islands and in Europe and have gained a lot of listeners througout the world. At the end of 2019 Hamradun releases their second album and still they a red thread down to their first release with old ballads and kvads about historical events in faroese and scandinavian history.

Bólkurin er mannaður við royndum tónleikarum og hevur bólkurin funnið sítt eyðkenda, ramandi føroyska ljóð Bólkurin hevur 2 útgávur á bakið, tann fyrsta frá 2015 og seinast “Hetjuslóð” frá 2019. Bólkurin hevur verið sera virkin og spælt nógvar konsertir heima í Føroyum og uttanlanda við. Teksttilfari er føroyskt og spælir bólkurin eisini nýggjar tulkingar av eitt nú gomlum donkum vísum og føroyskum kvæðum
